Heath Court Hotel - Dining Club Terms & Conditions

1. Registration Required: To access the exclusive benefits, please register for your dining card.

2. Dining Card Validity: The card is valid only at Heath Court Hotel and is non-transferable.

3. Discount Details: A 10% discount is valid on all food and drink items, excluding functions and 3rd party events. The card cannot be used in our Banqueting Suites and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

4. Dining Party Limit: The discount applies to a maximum of 4 diners per card.

5. Discount Allocation for Larger Parties: Should your table exceed 4 diners; the discount will apply to the highest-priced food items per course. For liquor, the discount excludes bottles of wine if other beverages are ordered.

6. Exclusive Offers: This discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount scheme.

7. Amendment Rights: The company reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend this offer where necessary.

8. Dining Card Updates: Dining cards were updated in January 2024. A 6-month grace period, ending on 30 June 2024, will be offered for the use of old Dining Cards. After this date, the old cards will no longer be valid.

9. Dining Card Issuance: Dining Cards cannot be issued and used on the same day.

10. Misuse of Card: The hotel reserves the right to revoke or suspend a dining card if it is found to be misused, including but not limited to being transferred to others or used fraudulently.

11. Expiration Date: The dining card is valid until otherwise stated.

12. Card Replacement: In case of a lost or stolen card, please contact us for a replacement. A replacement fee may apply.

13. Limitation of Liability: The hotel shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from changes to the terms and conditions, suspension, or termination of the Dining Club program.

14. Change of Terms Notification: The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, and any updates will be published on the website.

15. Accessibility of Terms & Conditions: These Terms & Conditions will be made available to cardholders through our website and via email. Please note, while we ensure these terms are sent out, Heath Court Hotel is not responsible if they are not received due to being blocked by personal spam filters. It is the cardholder's responsibility to ensure they can receive and access these terms.

16. Terms Acceptance: By registering for and using the Dining Card, members agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined above. If a member wishes to terminate their Dining Card, they must notify the hotel by email at sales@heathcourthotel.com or in writing to our postal address.

17. Data Protection: Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and the Data Protection Act.
